Q&A
Our system analyzes your child's sleep patterns through a detailed questionnaire and creates a personalized step-by-step plan. This plan will help you improve your baby’s sleep and establish healthy sleep habits.
You can see the first improvements within just one week. After two to three weeks, your child will start to fall asleep more easily and wake up less frequently at night if you follow the recommendations.
Sleep training is a method used to help children learn how to fall asleep on their own without relying on external help (such as being rocked or fed to sleep). The goal is to teach the child how to self-soothe, which means they can calm themselves when they wake up during the night, rather than depending on a parent to intervene each time. One key aspect of sleep training is helping children learn to combine sleep cycles. Babies and toddlers typically go through multiple sleep cycles during the night, and it's natural for them to briefly wake up between cycles. Self-soothing gives them the tools to go back to sleep independently, without needing a parent to pick them up or comfort them every time. This process gradually teaches them how to fall asleep on their own and manage small awakenings, making their overall sleep more restful and consistent.
We use only gentle methods approved by experts in pediatrics and psychology. These techniques are safe, based on scientific research, and support the emotional connection with the child. Sleep training can be done after your baby reaches 4 months of age, weighs at least 12 lbs (5,5 kg) and does not have any health concerns.
Yes, absolutely! A large portion of sleep problems can be resolved by following age-appropriate wake windows, adjusting the sleep environment, providing proper nutrition, and so on. We will cover these topics in our recommendations for your child.

This tool provides recommendations for one child only. A separate purchase is required for each child if you would like to receive recommendations for multiple children. However, there is an exception if you have twins. When answering the questions in our tool, please answer them from the perspective of your most sensitive twin—the one who requires more attention, time to calm down, fall asleep, etc.
While it can take several weeks for a tooth to emerge, the most painful part of teething—the time when the tooth is cutting through the gum—typically only lasts a few days. It’s important to soothe your child during this time, but it's also essential to continue following the plan we provide. Our plan can also be followed if you suspect your child is going through a sleep regression. In fact, our plan will help guide you through them.
Yes, our plans are simple and convenient for busy parents. We offer short and effective steps that can easily be integrated into everyday life.
The professional advice from sleep consultants on the Easy Sleep Lab website is informational and not medical. We do not recommend using it as a substitute for a doctor's visit. It may also not be suitable for children with health and developmental issues. Please consult your child’s doctor on how to proceed, especially when it comes to settling your child into their room, reducing or eliminating night feedings and sleep training.
